How much does shipping cost? 

Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 

How long is delivery? 

UK Processing Time: 2-3 days (to prepare and pack order)

US Processing Time: 2-3 days (to prepare and pack order)

Canada Processing Time: currently 5-7 days (to prepare and pack order) although this will be much shorter once our warehouse gets up and running efficiently by mid-April 2023.

International Transit Time:
2-3 days (DHL Express)

Delivery time = processing + transit time (excluding weekends and public holidays)

All European and International customers are liable for any customs / tax charges payable upon delivery. All international order sales are final, as  we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

We are not liable for lost packages where tracking status indicates "item delivered". However, your package may be considered lost after 15 business days, if still not delivered. Please email your 5 digit order number to so that we can investigate further and re-ship your package.  


Can I change my postal address? 

We cannot accept address changes once your purchase has been made. If the address is incorrect, please place a new order so that we can cancel the order with the incorrect address. 


Do you offer discounts? 

Yes, subscribe for a discount off your first order. This discount is available for first time customers only. Limited to one discount per customer.

Yes, send us a review with a before/after pictures for an exclusive 50% off next order. This discount is available for existing customers only.

Discounts must be entered at the time of purchase. We are unable to add discount codes after your purchase has been made. Please note that only one discount code may be used at any one time.  


Do you offer refunds? 

All items are handmade to order and not subject to refund. We do not accept returns unless products are faulty. If this is the case, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. We do not refund or exchange products if it has caused a reaction. Please ensure that you do a patch test on a clear area of skin for at least three days prior to adding the products to your daily skincare routine. All international orders (non-UK) are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, with imagery of the white paper slip, packaging and products, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please report any errors within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items or gift cards. You can always contact us with any questions at

What are your products packaged with? 

Our handmade products are packaged in glass bottles and glass jars. The plastic serum, spray and pipette lids are all 100% recyclable. Large orders are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes and smaller orders are shipped in yellow bubble padded envelopes. All product containers and packaging materials are 100% recyclable and therefore sustainable


How should I use the 4-Step Kit? 

1. use (dirt cleansing) to protect against dirt by removing any build-up of oils and make-up. Apply 2-3 drops of Filth into the palm of your hand and rub into face using circular motions. There isn’t much lather. You can also use it on a dry face with cotton wool to remove makeup.

2. use (double cleansing) for double skin cleansing protection to even skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation. Pump 2-3 squirts of Stroke into your hand and apply to face wet and rubbed to lather in a circular motion on the skin. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.  

3. use (toning) for toning protection to strengthen the skin's outer layer by resetting pH balance. Spray 2-3 squirts directly on to your face and then wipe with cotton wool.

4. use (oil cleansing) to maintain skin's hydration to support with acne, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone and plumping. Sustain may be applied to a dry face after cleansing and toning. Squeeze the pipette directly on to your face (3-4 drops) and then massage into the skin.


Should I do a patch test? 

Yes, we always recommend doing a patch test on a clear area of skin for at least three days. All products are handmade, natural and vegan. Essential oils are widely recognised as safe and effective, however it is possible for an oil to cause sensitisation or an allergic reaction. Please do a patch test before use. If you get any irritation, such as redness, itching, blisters, or swelling discontinue use.


How long before I see results? 

Everyone's skin is unique, so the time frame will differ from person to person. It takes about a month for your skin to completely renew. Most of the time, you'll start to see progress in your complexion within the first 30 days, although many customers see a change in their skin within just 2-3 days of using Like It On Top. However, please remember that spots begin deep below the surface of your skin and could take up to eight weeks to surface. Some people may experience a skin purge (breakout) within four to six weeks of starting a new skin care routine. If you don't see significant improvement after eight weeks, it could be that you need to adjust the frequency of application. 


How long do the products last?

Our products are handmade in very small batches using all natural ingredients. Please start using each product immediately after receiving your package. Be sure to store your jars in a cool, dry and dark place. We recommend exactly how to use each product and how often they should be used. If you are following the directions for your skincare routine, you’ll need to re-order most of our products within less than 3 months. If you have excess product remaining after 3 months of opening, then you need to ensure that you’re following the directions and keeping up with your skincare routine.
