Hyperpigmentation can affect all skin types and may be caused by acne, hormonal changes and physical damage to skin. It is caused by an overproduction of melanin, which in turn leads to darker patches of skin and/or uneven skin tone.
For hyperpigmentation on the face, we recommend using the 4-Step Kit or Acne Kit, which contains double cleansing protection to reduce scars, heal wounds, calm the skin; and citric acid which exfoliates top layers of skin to brighten, shrink pores, treat acne and correct dark spots. The kits also include toning protection for brighter skin. The products are all handmade using natural and vegan ingredients.
